Walk Notes	You can start this walk anywhere, but starting clockwise from the Woolwich Foot Tunnel in east London... Pass the Thames Barrier, and pick up the Green Chain Walk, passing Eltham Palace and Cystal Palace and Beckingham Palace parks Streatham Common, Tooting Bec (and Lido), Wandsworth Common, Wimbldedon Park and Common, Richmond Park, the Thames path Cross the Thames at Richmond, Syon Park, the Grand Union Canal, the River Brent, the Grand Union Canal again, Horsenden Hill, Harrow, and Fryent Country Park Brent Reservoir, Hendon Park, Highgate Park, and an old railway line walk, Finsbury Park, Clissold Park, Lea Navigation, Olympic Park, Docklands, and finally the Woolwich foot tunnel Logistically, this walk is as good as it gets, there are hundreds of train stations, tube stations, bus stops, shops and pubs on route. You can walk as short or as long as you wish on each stage, stopping to explorer, or not, as you prefer. You will only be a few hundred metres from a bus stop, and a mile or so from a train or tube station.
