Naturist / Nudist Beaches in England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland
Theddlethorpe - Lincolnshire
Lincolnshire
Large remote beach backed by low dunes
Theddlethorpe beach is in a Nature Reserve a little further south than Northcotes Point.
There is open beach and dunes. When the sea is out it goes out a very long way.
Parking is in the Churchill Lane car park LN12 1PQ. Car parking fee is voluntary by Ringo, but since the mobile signal is very poor most people don't pay.
From the car park, there is an obvious track to the beach which families use.
But, my preferred route is through the metal gate at the north end of the car park and along the farm track which brings you out on the beach about 1/2 mile from the car park close to the "tank on the beach", the rusting remains of a WW2 tank that was used for bombing practice by the military at one point.
The route I described is fairly deserted so can be walked naked. A pleasant area although it is steadily being reclaimed by salt marsh
